Thank you for your interest in being a TagsforHope model. Please answer the following questions and we will be in touch if we would like to hire your pet.

Do you have a method of transportation to get your pet to a shoot location? ie. downtown, to our office, etc.(Required)
Please note: we are located in London, ON and will do shoots within 1 hour of London if you are located out of the city.
